Organize Process Fields on Service Catalog

I would like the ability to organize the process fields on service catalogs.

I know we can move the process fields up, down, left and right; however, when viewed by the user this can be messy.  I would like the ability to insert a horizontal break or group certain process fields together in a container, panel or frame (Pick the term that works best for you.)

I've just spent the last couple days trying to figure out the least cluttered way to view a complex onboarding service request form. 2 columns, no separators for different sections/groups, and with the column of a particular field changing when it comes to showing/hiding fields on the platform side....?  Ugh.  Just ugh.

But then add to that, I got the format how I thought would be best, then I disabled a custom field.  BOOM my form is completely changed.  Some fields went to the left column, others went to the right column, but not in any way I could figure out the reason for.....MADDENING!

So now we're going to a single column simply because I can better control how this will look for the users.

From my perspective the limited method of organizing a form is busted pretty bad.  We're doing mostly single-column simply so I can organize.  We're almost better off building our own frontend and then submitting service requests using an API just so we can have some control over things.
