At the ticket summary screen, we can see a blue dot designating a new ticket has come in. This dot disappears when the ticket has been responded to.
What would be most useful is the ability to assign colored dots for the Status and or Priority Box designations, so we could review by color the ticket status without having to open the ticket
. For example - when a ticket comes in as urgent - a red dot appears, or if I have a category such as ready for delivery, a green dot appears beside the ticket number.
Saving Review time allow a technician the ability to get out the door faster.
We are using Webhelpdesk version 9.2.1
