Make VMAN Polling for HyperV available over the Windows Agent

It would be great to be able to have the full blown VMAN Polling for HyperV available over the Agent.

Currently this is unavailable

As the agent is installed on a HyperV Host, we should be able to pull all the information we need.

I assume with the agent the limitation specified in this article Virtualization Manager Versus IVIM is in place

BUMP!

We have an agent based environment and this is what we need.

This also correlate to UDT where Active Directory server is also not supported in AGENT based polling.

definitely, polling by WMI appears to be causing a lot of traffic, now that we've moved to Azure some of this network traffic costs us as our pollers are in Azure.
