This feature along with retention options(how long to save the recording) would record the remote screen to the central server for audit purposes. Overlay who had control (user or Remote Admin). Also log/track changes to the end users computer's settings such as registry, control panel, patches or software installed/uninstalled. As well as how log the session lasted what files were uploaded/downloaded....
Then have a player, to play back recorded sessions, and to search through logs.
Very useful for audit purposes, as well as to help with any training, and show a user/manager what was done and by who if there was a complaint.
