The reporting tool functionality is very rigid in terms of the variables that can be set and the output.
I need a reporting toll that will pull off figures, not graphs, so that I can properly analyse time taken to assign, first response and resolution of different categories of incidents and service requests.
The graphs look nice, but they aren't very useful when what you need is data and statistics.
