We currently use WHD for computer help tickets. I would like our Operations & Maintenance group to use WHD as well, but the only thing holding them back is that there is no way in WHD to Flag Locations.
It seems simple enough to add as well. In Locations, Rooms, just have a place to note if there is anything in the Room that needs to be flagged (Asbestos in the ceiling, or Asbestos in the floor tile, etc). That way when a technician get a ticket, they are informed of possible hazards at the location. Of course, the "flags" don't need to be confined to hazards, but anything at the location the technician should be aware of.
IF a table can be added, so the "flags" can be prepopulated, then whenever a ticket is generated, based on the location, the Flag would display on the ticket.
Similar to the way Student Information Systems work with medical flags for student (e.g. peanut allergy).
