At our company we have several different companies that reside at singular locations. I have searched the THWACK up and down and cannot find any info, but is there any way that I can require not only the Location dropdown within the "Details" section of our tickets but ALSO require a Company Dropdown in that same section?
Currently, all of the unregistered/registered/rejected phone stats are tied directly to the call manager in the API. So, you can't report or alert on unregistered nodes per device pool and/or location. It would be helpful for our clients to get more granular stats on this.

Currently we are using custom fields to specify site address information at the folder/group level as well as subnet. It would be useful if there was an option to allow a child item (subnet within a folder) inherit certain properties from its parent, reducing the need to duplicate it manually.
Good Mourning. WebHelpDesk has the option to limit Tickets and Assets through technician permissions. However, we do not need to filter the tickets. Is there a way to only be able to limit the Assets by Location or Tech Group? Thanks for ur support.

Anyone else having issue with the Room number changing on clients? The Room is 104 in the client window, she goes to create a new ticket and the Room is 315.
