Currently (WHD V12.1.0), the only WHD users with permission to override an Approval process are full WHD Admins (verified with SolarWinds tech support). I need to be able to assign my techs permissions to override approvals, without giving them full admin access to WHD. A thoughtful design with full granularity would be best (permissions could be per tech, per approval process, per step / approver level), similar to how other areas of WHD are structured.
