Would It be possible to add a updated by (to show the last user name who updated the ticket) as a column in the filters view
Would this column need to also be a filter or is it just for visibility?
Sorry if this is considered a necro, but since this has already been requested, I'd like to second this as a filter. I'm working on auditing our tickets and while I can filter by how old tickets are, if they are still open, and how long ago they were last updated, adding this as a filter would be a great help. Combining this with the "Updated" filter, I'd be able to tell when a specific user last responded in the ticket.
