When adding a CC email to the text box on a ticket, the CC check box should automatically be checked.

We have had several instances of techs entering a CC user in the CC address box, but then forgetting to check the CC check box so that the email will be sent to the CC user as well. Please change this so it will be checked automatically once the text box is typed in.
