It would be highly beneficial to add the ability to insert emojis directly from the formatting toolbar in the Service Desk request forms, as well as to allow the text field to utilize more of the available space. This enhancement would make request descriptions more engaging and expressive, help emphasize key points visually, and improve communication clarity between requesters and service agents. Currently, adding an image as a workaround is not reliable, and the space limitation reduces the overall usability of the form.
