When viewing a filtered list of tickets which each has to be opened, it would be helpful to have the NEXT option available to go to the next ticket in the list versus having to go to the back button. The issue comes more when you have a list of 35 tickets and you scroll to ticket 20, open it, make your change and then have to go back as the system takes you back to the top of the list. Having the next button available makes it easier to review a list of filtered tickets faster.
