Currently only custom fields that we create we are allowed to move and place in any specific order, but for all other fields (attachment, Carbon Copy, etc), you can't relocate and some of them you can't even take out. Not ALL generic fields are necessary for every ticket. Would be nice if ALL fields could be relocated or removed from a ticket and not just custom ones.
