We are working on a way to automate the process of pulling down the zip file backup and getting it in to our Azure storage. An API for this feature in Service Desk would be the easiest and most clean way for us to do this.
I talked with our Service Desk rep and he let me know this is not currently available. I hope others are interested in something like this as well. I know it would make our lives easier if you make this available.
