I recently adjusted my ticket view by adjusting the column set, there was a couple of columns which really made it easier for me to see which tickets hadn't been updated recently and also to show how much time had been charged on a job. This being really helpful to the way we run our business I shared the information with my technical team. However I was disappointed that I couldn't simply share my layout with the techs in my team. As the administrator of my helpdesk I feel that I should be able to push these types of settings out to all team members as they often don't have the time available to adjust these type of settings. I ended having to go round to each of their computers and make the changes manually.
I would like to see a way for admins to push screen layouts and other similar settings to team members.
