I'd like to exclude certain resolution codes from my reports. In order to do this, I need to either have an option to create a filter where Resolution code is NOT a specific value, or I need to be able to set that filter to include a "not set" value.
What I'd like to do is have the report only show tickets which have not been resolved yet (resolution code is not set) and tickets where the resolution code is either "Solved (Permanently)" or "Solved (Work Around)", which would effectively exclude codes like "Aborted". But With the way it currently is setup, I cannot include tickets which are not yet resolved along with tickets which were resolved using a specific resolution code (or set of resolution codes.)
