1. Dashboard alerts (based on a threshold) - e.g., when the total number of unassigned/unresolved incidents reaches the threshold.
2. SLA widget filter - be able to set a filter for the Service Level Management filter, e.g., based on Assignee
3. Keeping the Dashboard in the full-screen view even after refreshing the page - non-incident widgets do not auto-refresh; used a browser extension to auto-refresh the page. However, when the page refreshes, it doesn't keep the fullscreen view of the Dashboard.
4. Daily Ticket widget - to show only incidents created within the day. - The last day filter is a rolling 24 hours, so it will show items from yesterday if they were opened in the last 24 hours.
5. A widget that shows a holistic view of the incidents per assignee (assigned vs. closed)
6. Increase the number of incidents showing in the Custom RSS feed widget - currently, it only shows a maximum of 8 incidents.
