Have a way to integrate Service Catalog items to a Docusign form and have the Docusign form be the resulting document that just requires a signature. It would be great to have this dialed in as an option.
I was able to develop a process that would go through approvals, do conditional checks based on fields, update fields and then generate notifications that would include a link to a docusign. Only to have the user fill out the form with all the information they had already filled in during the intake process.
What i did to work around this for now is to create a docusign that would then reference a service request number and had the actual user sign their life away hoping there is no thumb error.
It would be great if we did not have to re-enter the info into a docusign form when required.
