It would be beneficial to restrict certain drop down options when a ticket is designated Incident/Problem. If service requests can be classified as Standard, Minor, Major, Emergency; when a ticket is determined to be an Incident, we would like the ability to remove Standard from the drop down as any Incident should fall into Minor/Major/Emergency designation. Overall we just feel that more customizing of how tickets should look and the options that are provided when the ticket changes to an Incident/Problem would be valuable.
