Currently, each Contract has the option to send a reminder email 15, 30, 60, 90 or 120 days prior to the contract end date. Requesting an option to create an incident instead (or to create an incident and send a reminder email).
We have multiple contracts that are assigned to different departments and locations. With contracts or licenses usually expiring 1 to 3 years after the Contract is created, the reminder email may be assigned to a user that leaves the company. If the Contract could create an incident instead then we could create an automation that would assign the ticket to the appropriate department and have better tracking and notes on date, time and user that reviewed the contract/license renewal.
