Love the new Web Help Desk dashboard! I just wish that clicking on categories in my various widgets would allow me to go from the little pop-up search results window it brings up to the normal advanced search results where I can apply bulk actions, etc. I don't mind the pop-up search results window over the dashboard, it's just not very useful from a bulk action/efficiency workflow standpoint. It order to get to the results of the category/bar/pie slice I clicked on in the dashboard, I would have to go make a new saved query. It's a lot of extra steps for something that could just be a single click.
