FAQ need to capability of including Graphics and Videos (for tutorials). So when a user has an issue, instead of just reading the answer, he can see the answer.
So the answer fields needs to include easily added graphics and videos (copy/paste).
Hmm I have not tested this but have you tried using BBCode?

Thanks, mcgeg! I have seen that article before and just skimmed it - I was aware of the BBCode subset support, but not of the image & video embedding. Still clunky, but very useful!
