In a Service Catalog (Request) allow for logic to cross reference the requestor field with a field that was manually created for the Service Request

We have Service Requests for Status changes (for HR) and permissions.

We would like to be able to set up logic that would deny/close these requests that a team member

submits for themselves.

For HR, the manager needs to enter a Status Change request for a new position, raise, etc.

If the Team members entered this themselves, we need a way to catch these.

If we can set up a condition set for these, it would be amazing!
