Currently, certain functionality within the platform is restricted to accounts with Administrative Rights only. As it stands, these rights are an "all or nothing" approach. We should be able to allow other users/groups/teams access to pages or functionalities at a more granular level, so that we may maintain restricted access to areas we do not want them to access. Examples which should include granular access permissions:
