The report Incidents Management > Service Catalog Custom Fields does not allow to drill through to the details like other analytic reports.
You can see the details in the report but clicking the bar graph does not drill through to details. Additionally, there is no option for "Table view".
It would be helpful if this report will allow you to deep dive to each service request that contains the custom field option selected highlighted on the bar graph that was clicked (same behavior on Incidents over time reports). As of the moment, this report only shows you a summary bar graph on what is commonly selected on a certain custom field within a Service Request/Service Catalog and clicking the graph does not do anything.
