Pretty much what the title says. We have a number of open tasks out there, but the ticket itself has been resolved/closed a long time ago.
Would like to have Tasks closed when the ticket is closed.

Sometimes we need to cancel a process, either because the work is rejected or because the wrong service catalog item was used to make the request. There's no way to convert one service catalog item to another. Checking off the tasks implies the item was completed, but in the case of cancellation it wasn't. I can't delete tasks that are part of a process, otherwise that would be a workaround.
