There are some good Options in the Settings section for Clients, but there are some features that would really be helpful. One is to remove the option for a client to select an asset. My clients will be confused by seeing this feature so I would like to hide that option for the Client view when creating tickets. Also, it would really be helpful if we could give Clients certain Location\Rooms options to select from . That way clients would not have the ability to put in tickets in Locations\Rooms that they should not be. For the most part I want clients going through the Helpdesk to submit a ticket, or email one in that is then addressed by the Heldpesk first. But I do have some groups of clients that for certain reasons need to be able to enter in their own tickets but to a limited Location\Room. I dont want them putting in tickets to any Location\Room
