Attach a related Change to a Change

It would be beneficial to be able to attach a change to another change - example - a Change was implemented to install a KB on a server, however a pre-requisite was not met so it failed installation. The Change was set to completed - failed due to this and a new one would be submitted after the required pre-requisites were completed.

Change number 2 to try the KB install again is submitted, however we would like, for quick reference, to attach the failed change to the new change so it's readily available for recording.

Currently, that cannot be done

I agree, there does not seem to be a current method that allows the ability to attach a Change to a Change....and it would be nice to have.
