Bring back GUI from V11

The new menu bar at the top of the page in WHD is extremely plain and hideous now. It's very orange and gray and makes it hard on the eyes to differentiate visibly between the different icons when you are in a hurry.

Please drop the orange and gray and bring back the color in our lives.

i don't mind the new menu bar as much as the 80 pixel high solar winds advertising bar at the top of the tech interface is kind of obnoxious. It takes up a lot of screen real estate with no appreciable benefit to our getting our work done.
