I was directed this way to request a feature change for the Solarwinds Service Desk mobile app.
Request: For the Incidents section, after accessing the filter button, I request to have the ticket filters sorted alphabetically. If better suited or in addendum, troup filters into groups while in the same column (no additional buttons).Sort them alphabetically, group them, some combination of that to clean it up would be fantastic. I'd even accept a Core section of original filters and a Custom section of filters I made or others shared with me.
Problem: Currently the filters, be they originals or created by me, are in a sorted disorder.
