Message / Text Display (Not Just Input fields)

Would be good to have a field type of "Notice" or "Message" etc

This would be to allow you to specify a message directly to the user about the expectation required from them in order for us to help them.

For Example, if they selected

Category: Software
Sub Category: Development

It might be good to display a message stating we need a minimum of X, Y and Z information.

We couldn't create required fields for X, Y and Z as depending on the development request that information could vary a lot.

In addition to this, could be good to include "Heading" field types so the form can be broken down into sections and the questions asked categorisedm, such as:

Heading = User Details

Name

Address

Number

Heading = Software

What Software is Required...

...

Heading = Equipment

What equipment is required?...

...

Somewhat similiar to this but would like to see a custom field such for notices/messages, for example i would like to put in a message as a reminder for users when they fill out the form to not put in any sensitive information (such as related to a client of ours or personal informaiton).

Need to be able to add more columns/fields to the inventory. There is a lot more information that needs to be added other than what is there.

I very much want to be able to show text on Incident forms based on conditions. I will submit a Feature Request myself, because a) this one is over 4 years old! and b) it might get traction if the title was more focused. Such as "Ability to show text on Incident forms, not just inputs".
