In time reporting I'm trying to find a way to report on time spent per technician, broken down by the requester's department. If I do a "Manual Time Tracking Breakdown" report, I can come close. There is a way to "Group By" or "Stack By" department, but this is the technician's department, not the incident's - or requester's - department, and that really doesn't tell me anything I don't already know.
I see that there is "Incident's Category", and "Incident's Subcategory" in these lists, but I can't get information by Incident's Department, which would be really useful.
