There should a mass merge function, like there is for editing details or changing states. You can mass update the Related incidents but have to merge each incident separately
This would be very handy to Automate, takes a lot of time to merge manually which is really a waste of time.
How could one go about automating a merge of like tickets?

Clue us in if you do find one, because I've been a' searchin as well. I mean at least let us manually merge multiple tickets instead of one at a time... Or am I off-base and just unfamiliar with where other service desk SaaS' are out there with these functions? (completely plausible lol)
SolarWinds Web Help Desk has this, which we are 'upgrading' from, but I haven't seen much talk about this on SWSD except here. This would save so much time and headache in our environment.
