New "rich text" field type to be used for Service Catalog items. This field would allow a user to add a link or an image to a request without having to add it to the Comments section after submission.

Definitely back this. A lot of our service requests lack screenshots embedded in the original request due to the inability to add RT custom fields.Noted that Change catalogue items have a RT description field upon submission. Something similar to this as a middle ground would be great
