I think it would be extremely useful to allow mention of a group on a ticket to work in the same way as mentioning a user. Currently when you mention a group they get the notification but there is no access control to allow them to see an incident when a group is mentioned.
Ideally there should be a permission level for example read incidents when a group is mentioned. That would allow you to mention a group in a ticket and then the whole group would have access to
see that ticket.
Currently we need to mention all users in the group so all of them can see the ticket
