Noticed Technicians do not have options to change color by a click of button. Users don't have any text modification option at all
Currently Techs have to enter tag/command for each selective text as [color=xxx] text [/color] or doing <FONT COLOR="xxx">text </FONT> which gets to be timely.

Requesting if could be made available as well where highlighted.
A nice setup is currently available when we place in our ideas here 
If a total change of setup could instead have been done for web helpdesk, would have been just fantastic. This sites setup is something as
** Appreciate if clients also have options available to change text features to bold, italic, underlined , color etc as available in this site ***
This change would make the user and technician interface much more friendly and time saving compaired to the current basic formatting tags that users have to manually enter on selective text
