We have just started using SolarWinds Alert Integration with our Orion platform and our ServiceNow instance, and we've loved how it has performed so far. What we'd love to see in a future release of Alert Integration is support for SolarWinds CMDB, so that when an alert fires in SolarWinds and an Incident is opened in ServiceNow, we'd like that Incident to be tied to the server's (or node's) entry in the CMDB, so that we can build a history of events.
