With a lot of companies moving to teams it would be nice to have a Teams Integration built in (much like the slack integration) that will just send a notification to a channel when a new ticket is created. It is currently somewhat possible if you throw something in the middle (like zapier or pagerduty) but it would be convenient to just have a direct integration as the workarounds have their drawbacks. Functionality wise it would be nice to see more features down the road, but just being able to send notifications to channels would be a good start.
