We are experiencing numerous incidents of duplicate tickets due to other users who are either added to the To Line or CCed on the same email thread replying to all. Requesting a solution to this problem. A few approaches to consider:
1) Block all those CCed or in the To line from creating duplicate emails in form the same thread
2) Reply to All users in the email with the same Ticket Number and email response to the ticket from the SWSD as the requestor receives.
