Currently, we use Microsoft Forms to conduct external surveys related to incidents, and we have encountered a challenge in associating the incident number with the external survey results. Specifically, the issue arises from the fact that the {{incident_number}} email variable cannot be seamlessly passed to the external survey system through the URL due to its inclusion of the reserved '#' symbol.
This limitation has rendered external surveys nearly useless for us, as we are unable to effortlessly correlate survey responses with the specific incident ticket they originated from.
I kindly request that you consider implementing a feature that would enable the seamless association of incident numbers with external survey results.
