Create a custom report that will show ticket solved on time.
This is not WHD. WHD and ServiceDesk are 2 different products. WHD has its own forum: thwack.solarwinds.com/.../feature-requests
my dear my request is to generate report in SD based on the reports in WHD because there is no custom report i need same in WHD.
