There are no push notifications on the SWSD mobile app when a change request's approval task is executed

I created a change request, when it comes to the approval task step, the approver cannot receive push notifications on the SWSD mobile app, they can only receive notifications requiring approval via Email. Is there a way to optimize push notifications on the SWSD mobile app for change request approval tasks?
