Allow embedding of how to steps from 3rd parties for solutions

We currently use Scribe to create how to's and step by step instructions for solutions and our users. Currently, you cannot embed the steps in solutions so that if you update the how to or instructions on the Scribe site, it will update through solutions.

I've reached out to tech support and they currently only support Stream (videos from microsoft) and Youtube.

It shows embedded before saving the solution, then disappears.

Hi @acarter90 , this is due to us needing to whitelist the ability to use Scribe. Can you please either DM me your support ticket or send it here so I can follow up with support and engineering to see if we can add this to our allowed streaming services.

Hi everyone,

I have been testing this more and it looks like whitelisting isnt the issue here and its more of what our rich text editor is able to do. The embedding we support now is purely for videos and not for iframe other items. I am working with engineering to figure out the best way to support this use case along with other text editing items we want to address.

I'll keep this request updated as I figure out more on the best way forward.

Hey Joey,

I know it's been a while on this, but wanted to check in to see if any progress has been made? We'd like to continue using solutions in SWSD, but it may be a bigger pain to update and then export all of these when things change. Just wanted to get a feel.
