We want to roll out an app that allows our users to create and track tickets, view the knowledge base and access other IT related info. While this app would allow us to do that, to ask all of our users to manually enter the account name before being able to sign seems like a painful process and it would be nice to have various MDM configs available that we could enter to bypass these steps for setup for our users. Would love to see support for various MDMs (Intune, Miradore, etc.)
Currently, we are moving forward with a custom Web Clip app for iOS that was are using the Service Portal as the homepage for. Had we been able to map the Account Name in our MDM, we may have pursued that option instead.
