Most of the time we don't need this but sometimes it would be really helpful to have sections within my service catalogs. Below is an image of a form a dept sent me and they wanted me to create a service catalog. Not sure how user friendly setting it up would be but I would like the option.
This the only image example I can provide but its not a perfect example. Ignore all the check boxes, I'm fine with a multipick list. Its just titles can break up long questionnaires so they're easier on the eyes.


On this form I really wanted "Form Agents" bolded then we would ask the two agent questions we need to know only for extensions with agents. Then maybe another sections that's titled "Approval" you know
