Are there any settings we can adjust within Samanage to improve the handling of text formatting?
This question is prompted by a recent ticket where Samanage stripped formatting (strike-through) from the originating email.
It wasn't an issue in that case because it was only used for a fun little joke, but silently changing a user's message could easily lead to confusion or miscommunication in other cases.
Related, it would be great if the in-Samanage comments input box had more formatting options, particularly for code ― it would greatly improve clarity of communication in certain cases.
