While I already know how to Export a table of Incidents as a CSV, I want to be able to include Comments with them. My reason for doing so is because I want to analyze the documented steps of diagnosis and troubleshooting done on our tickets, and so much of that info is (for better or worse) only extensively covered in our tickets' Comments section. The problem I'm running into is I can't for the life of me find Comments as one of the columns I can include in my Edit View section.
Does anybody know how I can export Incidents into a spreadsheet with Comments included? If not, is there another format I should be using? I don't have any experience working with XML or RSS files, so I don't know if that's what I should be investigating next.
