Can i use HTML for email templates and sections?

Hi there,

I'm currently working on improving the branding of our email notifications in SolarWinds. I've created a HTML layout that uses both normal HTML and SolarWinds system email variables.

However, it appears that HTML customisation is not currently supported in the header, footer, or body sections of the templates. I've searched through the available documentation but haven't found any guidance on this.

Is there anyway this can be done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi there @mwpdwllp ....the SolarWinds Service Desk email templates only allow for system variables. HTML is not supported. I hope this information is helpful!
