Viewing who has read certain solutions

We are wanting to know who has viewed certain solutions. I can't find a report that does that and the Audit log only shows what changes we made to the Solution. Has anyone found a way to get this data? It would also be great to know how they found that solution.

Hi @jfarmercccu , sorry for the delay here! There is currently no way to track which user viewed a solution but you can report on the amount of views and if they found the solution helpful. Maybe a feature request would be to add a "This resolved my issue" button to the solution that they could easily click. That would log who clicked it and also how many times that solution resolved issues.
