Hi guys,
My company has just moved from ITSM to ESM and it has all gone okay so far however, I am in a bit of a time-critical state around provisioning. Our provisioning is done through Intune so we just add members to appropriate 365/AD groups and they get the appropriate role in Solarwinds just fine. We are aiming to have two service providers - our original IT helpdesk and a new Finance helpdesk. Members of the finance helpdesk SP who are getting a service agent role are currently requesters on our IT helpdesk SP.
I can see all users have moved over to the finance SP as requesters and that's all good. The issue I have is that I cannot give users a "service agent" role on the Finance helpdesk SP without our existing provisioning kicking in and reverting them back to requester. I have created the appropriate AD group and role on the Finance SP but this role does not show up in the enterprise applications U&G roles (Only the original helpdesk ones do)
Have we missed something in migration? Do I need to set up a separate enterprise application instance in Azure (and will that break SSO in some way)? Or is there another solution to this?
Regards
